Here's the Run-down:

Select your desired property, then indicate 'Down Payment & Financing' as your payment preference.

Submit the down payment amount indicated for the property and input your payment details.

You have the option to either visit our office in person or receive your Bond and Mortgage for your property via email.

After signing the Bond and Mortgage, you can return them to us either at the closing or through mail/email.

Upon receiving your signed Deed and Mortgage, we submit them to the County Clerk for recording, and once processed, the land is officially yours!

Simply make your monthly payments², and once you're fully paid, we'll record a Satisfaction of Mortgage.

¹If you decide to utilize Owner Financing, at your closing, you’ll sign a Mortgage, which will be officially recorded with the county where your property is situated, alongside your Deed. Your monthly mortgage payments will be made directly to us (we don’t sell your mortgage), and you can choose to pay via check, cash, money order, debit or credit card, online, or over the phone. Additionally, we accept trades (excluding items requiring feeding) as down payments or mortgage payments. After you’ve fully paid for the property, we will proceed to record a Satisfaction of Mortgage to release it from your property. We strive to keep the entire process as uncomplicated as possible.
